A LETTER FROM THE PROPRIETORS
I am very proud to be the President of Louianna Inc., Louie my brother and I incorporated Louianna in January of year 2002. However the existence of Louianna began many years ago.

The first stage of our company's existence was a passionate entrepreneurial belief by my grandfather and a belief that the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Montorio could be Savoured from people around the world. My brother and myself have adopted this legacy and goal, for the honour, continuance of tradition and most of all my grandparents’ aspiration.

The varieties of Olive Trees on Louianna Estates have become our trade secret. It is this particular variety of olives, which creates our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil to have a distinctive flavour, delicious taste and most of all the significance of excellence.

As quality is of paramount concern, the testing of our Olive Oil has been preformed at the largest Laboratory facilities in the world ‘ITS Caleb Brett’. Test results indicate that Louianna Organic Olive Oil is clearly Extra Virgin and contains vitamins, which are not present in majority of Olive Oils that are sold in our local grocery stores.

We guarantee a fresh product with an acidity level way below those of regular Olive Oils. Our ExtraVirgin olive oil is not obtained by using solvents or the re-esterification processes nor by mixing the oil with other kinds.

Louianna Organic Olive oil is obtained solely from the fruit of the olive tree. At the mill the olives are pressed in the presence of Dr. Allesando Patuto from Suolo e Salute and myself. The olives do not undergo any treatment other than washing, and removal of leaves.

Plans for Louianna Inc are to continue producing one of the finest organic olive oils. Louianna Estates are located on lands, which the soil is extremely fertile and well suited for the healthy production of Organic farming. We plan to acquire more properties in Montorio, and plant additional trees.

Our goal is to let as many people around the world enjoy this delicious Olive Oil. The choice by the Italian culinary Institute, Italian Cooking & living Magazine and La Cucina Italiana to have Louianna as the exclusive Extra Virgin Olive Oil for the Molise Region in the Olive Oil club will surely assist us to have our product enjoyed globally.

Our sincere passion to get Louianna on the tables of the finest restaurants finds Louie and I traveling to places such as London, New York, Miami, and Italy to present and sample Louianna Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil to Celebrity chefs such as; Chef Jamie Oliver at ‘Fifteen Restaurant’ London UK, Chef Eric Kaplan at Waldorf Astoria ‘Bull and Bear’, Chef Paul Sales at ‘Blue Fin’ W Hotel Times square, and in Toronto Chef John Higgins.

We plan to strengthen our clientele by sampling Louianna at fine food stores such as Pusateri's and Chapman's Essential Foods, which currently carry Louianna.

As Louianna is certified Organic, and contains many vitamins and antioxidants it will perfectly complement any health associated fine food shop.
